We've decided not to institute strict length guidelines at this time. A work should be precisely as long as it needs to be.

Novelettes are now being considered as we transition to an anthology format. However, please keep them under 40,000 words or so.

​

We generally publish around 20,000 total words of story in each journal issue.

​

Poems should be somewhere between 2 lines and 4 pages.

​

Poetic essays have similar lengths to poems.
