Does the Journal Practice
Political Correctness?

While we intend to give no needless offence, we know  that many groups seek to control people of good will by inflaming scandal against them.

For the safety and job security of our personnel, we have a non-apology policy. We will not issue apologies, hire or fire, or make disciplinary actions public except in the case of gross violations of traditional morality which cause material harm.

Efforts compelling us to behave otherwise will be considered cause for protective action including police reports, private detectives, restraining orders, or a visit from your local biker gang. The leadership of the AJIL would just love an excuse to take on the politically correct mob. Unlike them, we are not frightened of words.
